GarlasonsFloors.com is one of our favorite websites to date.
We created this site for a local hardwood flooring company in San Jose, CA who was looking for a way to better showcase the awesome beauty of his work. It includes some super cool AJAX effects, which allow visitors to sort out the types of work they are interested in seeing. To see how this works, simply visit the portfolio page of their site and click on the brown boxes, which say such things as “living room”, “kitchen”, etc.
The slide show on the front page is automatically generated, and can be changed by simply uploading new static images.
This is our first WordPress 3.0 website, and we’ve used a lot of the new functionality it presents.
