BarterSF.com is the local version of a website for a national barter exchange company, Merchants Barter Exchange. MoonViper was brought on to not only improve their website, but to make the lives of local sales offices easier.
We worked with Merchants Barter to provide them with newsletter services, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and content management services. Though our innovative setup, we were able to help our client build a unique system, in which several different local websites actually communicate with the master corporate site. The master site syndicates content out to the local sites, which automatically generate newsletters, Twitter feeds, and much more.
This type of integration allowed MBE to save thousands of dollars in local development costs, while freeing up the resources of local sales offices.
